Gift Voucher

A Casual Factory Gift Certificate is the perfect gift when you're not quite sure what your friend or loved one would like. Our Gift Vouchers are sent electronically to the email address given. Gift Vouchers can only be cancelled by the purchaser within 1 hour of purchase and will not be valid until confirmation email received. Unwanted Gift Vouchers can not be returned and voucher codes can not be used to purchase another gift voucher. The funds will then automatically appear and the option given to redeem the funds against the cost of purchases in the basket. Items bought using gift vouchers can be returned or exchanged but not refunded, only additional monies paid over and above the gift voucher will be refunded and a new gift voucher code will be issued.

Returns Policy:

To be eligible for an exchange/refund, items must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. We will not accept returns on any item(s) with tags removed or signs of having been worn.

FREE Returns on orders over £150 (UK Orders)

If you require a refund, this will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 working days for any refunds to appear in your account.

Both UK and International customers can return their order for an exchange, and once received we will swap over and send out the new item FREE of charge.
